K.P. O’Reilly Ph.D, J.D.
Dr. O’Reilly joined Northwest Passage Capital Advisors as an analyst in 2016. Contributing to the firm’s top-down research perspective, he conducts research on macro political events and trends, delivering his analysis to the investment team on near-term and long-range risks and opportunities. Dr. O’Reilly has over a decade of experience researching and university-level teaching in the field of international affairs. Before joining Northwest Passage Capital Advisors, he held faculty appointments at St. Lawrence University and Carroll University. His research on foreign policy decision making, combining political psychology and game theory, has been published in peer-reviewed journals and as a research monograph. He was awarded a Ph.D. in political science, specializing in International Relations, from the University of South Carolina. He also holds a M.A. in International Affairs from Marquette University and J.D. from the Emory University School of Law. He graduated from Lawrence University with a B.A. in Government.
